when attempting to download an app from Creative Clod I am getting the message 'unable to contact Adobe. You need to connect to the internet...' I clearly am connected to the internet. I have tried using Firefox, Chrome and Safari. I am on Mac Os X. I previously had trial versions of the apps but have uninstalled them and reinstalled the Adobe manager. Thanks

Download the trial of the software you need from Adobe.com website and then serialize/License it with your Adobe ID and Password.

Thankyou. I have tried to download ythe trial software but get the message that it can't be installed - 'reason: invalid checksum'. I did already have te trial software but uninstalled it before trying to download the apps after joining the Creative Cloud (as recommended by Adobe)...
