error message while trying to re download PSE 10

I get this error message while trying to download PSE 10 to my new laptop:

i get a message saying "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://trials3.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/PSE/10/win32/PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.7z" on this server." What should I do to get my PSE 10?
