Error messages while downloading InDesign

Question

Here are the errors I get. This is the first product I am trying to download for Creative Cloud for TEams:

ERROR: DF012: Unable to find file(Seq 16)

ERROR: DF024: Unable to preserve original file at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles\Recommended\USWebCoatedSWOP.icc" Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Seq 16)

Please help!

CarrieHein1234 it appears that the USWebCoatedSWOP.icc color profiles is being used by another application or process on your computer. Perhaps start with a reboot to see if you still experience the same difficulty. If so then look to see what other programs you have installed which might be attempting to utilize this color profile.
