error mfc140.dll not found

Hi all.

I keep getting the error for LRC and LR mf140.dll not found.

I have unistalled  reinstalled as someone suggested 

also followed the steps for the reinstalling the CC++ prgrams, and reinstalled.

help please?

I can't get any work done and everything was working fine 2 days ago.
