Error P1 on ALL apps.

Hey,

So i recently purchased Photoshop cc/Lightroom and both have come up with error p1 when trying to download at around 9%. I tried to download the Creative Cloud Desktop App and found the same problem. I ran the CCcleaner tool and that hasn't fixed anything, and i've also restarted my computer numerous times... anyone have any suggestions?

The only Adobe programs i have on my laptop are Adobe Flash Player 11 Active X and Adobe Reader XI (11.02.12). Could either of these be affecting anything?

    Hi Ozj31388091,

    As you have mentioned you are unable to install Adobe CC apps as they all fail with an error message "Error Code P1", I would recommend that you try the troubleshooting given under 'Solution 3' of the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"

    After this use the direct download links given here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app, to download and install the desktop app again.
