HI

Having issues installing InDesign- get error p201 which according to Adobe is a break in the download which I disagree because I was able to download Acrobat and install with no problem.

Any ideas?

Evgeniiav1817404 all the details necessary for access are available in the Creative Cloud for Enterprise Service Endpoints documents referenced in message #1.  Are they facing a particular point of confusion when they attempt to whitelist the necessary servers and ports?

Evgeniiav1817404 error P201 occurs when the download is being unexpectedly paused or the necessary files are not downloading successfully.  If you have already used an alternate network connection then please review the settings for any installed security software to confirm it is not interfering with the download process.

If you continue to encounter error P201 then please use an alternate Internet provider.  Complete details on error P201 can be found at Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues.

If you are on a managed network then details in https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf can be used to provide the required access to the necessary servers and ports to utilize an Adobe Creative Cloud membership.

Hi,

I and my corporate IT department tried different options including using an alternate Internet provider. Is there anything else we can do?

Thank you!
