Getting the following error running pdfen.sea on my MAC

"Unable to read the dictionary of the application or extension because it is not scriptable.

you don't 'run' that file.

Adobe - PostScript printer drivers : For Macintosh : PDF Printer Driver Plug-in 8.5.1 - U.S. English

Copy the PDFPlugIn file and the Acrobat Distiller (PPD) file into the System Folder:Extensions:Printer Descriptions folder, replacing any existing files.

You do not need to restart your computer. The PDF option will be available the next time you open the Page Setup or Print dialog box within an application.
