Error synchronizing some files

Please help me solve the problem.
Last month, a window appears "Error synchronizing some files."
The cart is empty, the volume of the filled storage is 1.5 GB out of 100 GB.
When clicking on the link, the error suggests subscribing to a 1 TB storage.

I already looked at all the help links.
The files that Cloud is trying to sync are deleted on both the cloud and my laptop. My colleague, who had access to the folders, also deleted everything. But the application continues to generate a synchronization error and send to the page where it is proposed to buy more cloud space.
