Error to start free trial

Hi there, I'm trying to start a free trial but I keep getting this message, I also tried to uninstall and re install the program

I'm using Mac OS Catalina

    Far too early to expect things to work on Catalina... give it a couple of months...

    Uhm.. but I don't need a job done in a couple of month! it's not that apple released Catalina unexpectedly!
