Error when downloding Web Premium CS5.5. Please help.

I'm trying to download Web Premium CS5.5 and it seems that I'm doing something wrong. I have downloaded it recently in another computer but this time I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Can you help me please? I'm on windows7.

put the 7z and exe in the same directory and double click the exe.

do not extract or click the 7z.
