Hello staff, I am a designer, I want to use adobe xd for my designing purpose but when try to install it with either installation file or adobe creative cloud it gives me an error. I had search for this error but nothing works for me.

This was the error I was getting

"Exit Code: 190 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 5.1.2600 doesn't satisfy OS requirements. FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 190 error message -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"

And my current operating system does fulfill the system requirement.

OS - windows 10 pro 64-bit 2.5Ghz

Version - 1803

OS build - 17134.228

Ram - 8GB

Graphics - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Direct3D DDI - 11.2

I had also updated my OS.

XD needs a modern computer with modern OS and graphics card.  If your computer is more than 4 years old, it won't work.

Yeah you are right but as far I understand adobe's product, you can use it in any computer if it fulfill the requirement for the product.

Muf3e, Adobe XD is a newly developed software title by Adobe.  It is designed to take advantage of the latest advances in computers and operating systems.  Nancy has referenced the system requirements in message #10.  If you have already updated your operating system then please also update any graphics or sound drivers for the installed hardware.  I would recommend verifying you have the latest update available from the manufacturer's website.

If you continue to encounter Error 190, then I would recommend using Adobe XD on a different computer.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I had already installed cc desktop app and this error is showing on that when I tried to install it from either setup file or from cc desktop app.
