When installing lightroom 6 standalone app on 2008 macbook pro OS X 10.10.4 I get the following error. I am not behind any sort of firewall and do not have any virus software enabled.
ERROR: DF024: Unable to preserve original file at "/Applications/Adobe Lightroom/Adobe Lightroom.app/Contents/Resources/library_window.nib" (Seq 9473)
yes thank you I've chatted with 3 different Adobe techs and they've been unable to solve the issue.
May I know whether you had tried with below steps ??
1) Trashing Adobe Lightroom folder from Applications .
2) Deleting Lightroom folders from Libraries.
3)Restarting the computer and attempt to reinstall ?
4) Tried installing from New Admin account or Root user account ?
