Error when opening Adobe Premiere

Hey there,

When I try to open Adobe Premiere (which I have a subscription to), I keep getting this error message: "We're sorry, but we're not able to connect to the Adobe server right now. Please click here to troubleshoot any connectivity problems. If this problem persists, contact Customer Support."

When I click the link to troubleshoot, it just opens a blank page. Not super helpful.

Photoshop works just fine, but for some reason only Premiere is causing this issue.

Thanks for your help.

Jonathan

Jonathan, I am sorry that you facing errors when opening Premiere Pro CC.  To resolve the current connection error please see Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications .

If you continue to experience difficulties then can you please update this discussion with the Adobe applications, and versions, that are currently installed on the computer.  Also what operating system are you utilizing Photoshop and Premiere Pro CC on?
