Error when trying to download Adobe Edge Animate trial

I've been trying to download a trial for Adobe Edge Animate for the last two days and keep getting an error message saying "there is a problem, please try again later."  Can't find a way to contact Adobe directly to see if there is a problem or if/when it will be resolved.  Getting ready to teach this to students beginning in a few days, and would really like to know if the problem will be resolved by then.

Angnew are you on a managed network?  Do you receive any specific errors?  For download errors please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.

Thank you, Jeff.  It says: "We are currently experiencing some issues, please try again later. If the problem persists, contact customer support"   I get this both in Chrome and Firefox.  Thoughts?

AngNew it is probably the installed security software.  Are you able to install utilizing the Creative Cloud Desktop application?  You can find details regarding the process for installing and uninstalling at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
