Error when trying to update AE CC

I downloaded and installed AE CC yesterday. My font software was causing it to crash, so I ended up uninstalling AE CC and deleting the files. I believe I have the font issue resolved, but when I go to the CC Updater App and click update it gives me an error and tells me the update failed. Not sure how to move forward. I can't seem to download from the website either.

Run ther Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, let CCApp reinstall, try the updates again.

WookieJones do you receive any specific error messages when trying to apply the update?  You can check your installation logs to determine the exact error messages.  Please see Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html for information on how to review your installation logs.
