Error when trying to verify my EDU account with Photoshop Elements 2024

Hello, 

I receive an error when trying to verify my EDU account with Photoshop Elements 2024 using the provided link from the retail box. It says to visit Identit-e 2.0 per the provided instructions, I have reached out to their support and they say it is on Adobe's end. This is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
