error while downloading photoshop

Its taking way to long to install the program- it's stopped at 0.6% for at least an hour. Ive tried restarting, rebooting, nothning works. Still at 0.6%.  What should I do?

Erkim04, sorry you are encountering problems downloading Photoshop CC. I see that you just purchased an Individual Creative Cloud membership.  Do you own and manage the computer and network that you are installing Photoshop on?  If so, then please make sure you can connect to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.
