Error with update for Premiere Pro

I have "update failed" on Premiere Pro.  The error log is below. I have searched my entire registry for this key, and it is not found. Please help.

    Either the Adobe update, or a recent windows update corrupted my registry. I had to re-install windows. I discovered that MS has turned off the registry backup in Windows 10. Thanks, MS.
