ERROR1 CANT DOWNLOAD FREE TRIAL OF PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2022.

 I've uninstalled creative cloud and re ininstalled it as recommended by the help center, but still get the error1 I've even repaired it but still having the same problem. This is so frustrating I purchased a canvas mock up package not realising that its not compitable with my version of photoshop as I have the elements version. The developer uses Adobe Photoshop and said that my version needs to have smart objects in order for it to be compatible, he did some research and told me that Photoshop elements 2022 has smart objects, so before upgrading to elements 2022 I wanted to try it to make sure it is compitable, but I can't even download the free trial to see. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLS IM ON SUCH A TIGHT DEADLINE FOR MY PROJECT

    Karlac, what other Adobe applications are installed on the computer?  What operating system are you attempting to install Photoshop Elements 2022 on?  Information on Exit Code 1 can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/Install_Error_codes_CC.html

    Hey Jeff I've got photoshop elements 14,  creative cloud, adobe premiere elements 14, adobe genuine service. I'm using windows 10 and the link you sent regarding error1 the solution  Make sure that you have provided the correct arguments. I have know clue what that means.

    Thanks for the update, Karlac79.  For your next steps, I recommend removing any currently installed Adobe software and then installing Elements 2020 again. Information on the uninstall process can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html.
