ERRORE CC: Limite raggiunto

Ciao a tutti.

Quando lancio Photoshop dal mio Macbook Pro mi impedisce di accedere all'app perché dice che ho raggiunto il limite di sessioni attive.

Collegandomi al mio profilo sul sito adobe verifico che ho SOLO 2 SESSIONI ATTIVE (sui miei due portatili Asus e Macbook): 1 "sessione attiva" e 1 "sessione corrente".

Faccio Logout del Macbook Pro mi rileggo e si ripresenta lo stesso errore

COME MAI NON RIESCO A UTILIZZARE IL SOFTWARE SU DUE COMPUTER COME PREVISTO DALLA LICENZA?

Which is exactly what I did before posting here as I described in the original ticket and that didn't work.


using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

sign out from all your computers, https://accounts.adobe.com

then start ps on your macbook and sign in (when prompted) using the same adobe id you used to sign out from adobe's account page.

And what if after that I cannot login with my Asus? It's a risk I cannot take...

then sign out from the non-asus.
