Errors ever since I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat reader and tried installing Creative Cloud

Question

Ever sonce I unintsalled Adobe Acrobat reader with intenrion of replacing with Adobe Acrobat DC, I've had nothing but continual problems with my PC and a persistent dialogue box errors with C:\WINDOWS\System32\Textshaping.dll that I cannot get rid of, anits now interfereing with setting on my PC. How do I fix this? tried installing and uninstalling Creative Cloud as well and nothing helps.

it's not clear what's installed on your computer now.  but if stand-alone acrobat or reader is installed, try cleaning your acrobat files: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
