Errors messages MSVCP140.dll and others.

I am trying to download lightroom and I keep getting errors messages VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll I cannot get rid of them even though I deleted the downloads of lightroom.   How do I fix the problem?

I had the same issue and I had to reset my computer and then reinstall and it works fine now.

Do you have all the latest updates for your OS? MS sends out Visual C+ runtime with Windows updates.  

 

Also please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
