EULA Acceptance terminates (closes) the program

I have Adobe CS4 Master Collection and just recently whenever any of the programs are started, the EULA appears, I accept the terms and the program closes.  Does anyone know the fix for this issue?

    Please take a look at this article Software License Agreement reappears after you click Accept and let us know if that helps.

    Hello Akash,

    I did all the steps in the attached article and the same issue is still happening.  The program opens and the EULA appears, when it is accepted, the program closes.
