Every App installed fine, but not After Effects

Today I got my Creative Cloud. All apps installed perfectly fine on my C: drive, while After Effects gives me the error 176. As I read it means it can't install on a network drive, but my C: is not network, as everyone knows. How can I fix this without reinstalling whole Creative Cloud?

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Still does not work. Also, I've used exactly this app to install all of my Adobe programs, and as said, they did fine. ONLY After Effects won't install.
