Every time I try to install something new, I get a failure message "anotther installer instance is running" I just booted my PC up "wait for it to finish and try again" ?

Can someone help because I have no idea where to go from here.

Have you tried restarting your machine ?

Please close PDAPP.EXE process from task manager, if it is running.
