Everything failing at the same time

I was using InDesing and Illustrator without any problems. Then, today, INDD wouldn't open. Tried to find the solution online, most advices were to update the apps. Went to CC and updated. I got not the same error on INDD (it went a step further), but stalled, and I also lost AI. Now, I have been going in circles, like delete fonts, uninstall and reinstall, I've done everything possible, several times, and I still cannot access the programs I'm paying for, this while my deadlines are going dead. I cannot understand why everything is falling apart at the same time, and it certainly is not my machine (Windows 10 with lots of RAM, disk and so on).
