Question

Everything NOT Compatible!!!!

Help please!

I have been using CC for ages through my work account. No problems.

However, since the update it wont download as everything is not compatible with my OS: OS X ElCaptain.

It was working but now everything on the CC list says not compatible, the 3 dots at the side only says learn more - there is no option to download previous versions.

I cannot update my OS, and am not prepared to buy a new MAC just to get CC working.

Can anyone help me please 😞

K

You said "However, since the update". What update do you mean?

Because, while the installed apps have kept working on old systems, it hasn't been possible to install them for years.

You can check the system requirements for CC applications, but I'm pretty sure that none of the current releases, and none of the previous version either, were compatible with El Capitan.

Hi.

This has been working fine for years. It is only the latest version causing an issue

Kristy, in addition to the helpful responses from Test Screen Name, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html for a link to the current system requirements for the Adobe applications that are included with a Creative Cloud membership.

What type of Creative Cloud membership are you attempting to use, Kristy.  I don't see an active individual membership under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.  Are you using a Creative Cloud membership provided by your work, Kristy?
