exe file can not be installed

Hello guys

I have an windows surface laptop 64bit.

when i load the CC file and try to install it loads briefly and then nothing happens.

however, under task manager the process runs in 32 bit.

how or where can i load the 64 bit version? just can't find it. or what am i doing wrong?

Legend

32 bit apps are not a problem on Windows. Only for big high performance apps (like Photoshop) does it matter.
