Dear adobe i have problem with instalation, i tried everything i could find->

are tou usthe cc desktop app to install ps?

Lukas's sorry you can't access your new Creative Cloud plan. Are you using a network or device that your educational institution manages? Error 113 occurs because the computer can not contact our servers. This could be by design if you are using a device or network that an organization manages. Please see https://adobe.ly/3JU59Gr for more information on how to resolve Error 113. ^JW

Hello, i am not connected at school, u used my home netwrok and phone internet, still same problem
