Hello

Installing on my Mac and getting this response:

Exit Code: 147

-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

- 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 2 warnings(s)

FATAL: Error (Code = 147) executing in command 'CopyFileCommand' for package: 'AdobeFontsRequired-mul', version:1.0.0.1

FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeFontsRequired-mul Version: 1.0.0.1). Error code: '147'

WARN: Failed to expand token for path: '[FontsFolder]'

WARN: Unable to copy file from "/.adobeTemp/C4F5503B-81D9-4E6E-A7E1-192691B3826D/1/P1/AdobeVersioned/FontsFolder/AdobeArabic-Bold.otf" to "[FontsFolder]/AdobeArabic-Bold.otf" .

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any help would be appreciated. I believe one answer is to delete the troublesome font. Where this font is I have no idea. Any help appreciated. Please bear in mind I'm a graphic designer not a programmer

Thanks

N if all of these steps have been unsuccessful in the current Administrator account then I would recommend setting up a new account.  A newly created local administrator account may allow you to overcome the file permission errors that you have been facing.

You can find complete details regarding how to set up a new account at Install or run Adobe applications in new user account | Mac OS X .

    Well that didn't work either.

Something has been bugging me that it may have been something from my old computer when I moved the data from the old one to the new one. My old Mac has CS4 installed and I had a suspicion that may be the cause.

Anyway, I've restored my new Mac back to the factory settings. Bit of a ball-ache but, it's worked.

    Jeff, thanks for your input

Yep, I found that link yesterday and it doesn't seem to help.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

Then I've uninstalled and run the cleaner app. Still doesn't work.

AdobeArabic-Bold.otf isn't even on my machine

Neilc59273723 the reason which the file doesn't exist is the current User account is denying permission to copy the file.

WARN: Unable to copy file from "/.adobeTemp/C4F5503B-81D9-4E6E-A7E1-192691B3826D/1/P1/AdobeVersioned/FontsFolder/AdobeAr abic-Bold.otf" to "[FontsFolder]/AdobeArabic-Bold.otf"

Did you have any questions regarding the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-exit-6-exit-7-cc.html#verify_permissions ?  Once you update the required permissions then the installer should be able to successfully move the necessary files to the required location.
