I follow the instructions but i cant erase or rename the file because the file does not exist. The folder is empty.

Marisol, what location is being blocked from deletion?  The exact location will be recorded within the install log file.  Information on how to locate the fatal error can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html.
