    Navigate to C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Adobe .

    Open Adobe folder and rename below mentioned folders.

    1)Adobe PCD - Adobe PCD-old.

    2)Caps  - Caps-old.

    3)Backup -Backup-old .

    Then try to install Dreamweaver CC 2014 and check.

    Note ,:  If you have installed other apps , you might wanna reinstall, Or reactivate if you have installed Standalone application using serial number again .

    Also  , let me know the name of the application you are trying to install .

    If you had installed older version products like CS 4 ,CS 5, do you have serial number with you ?
