Question

Exit Code 7

I have uninstalled, and then reinstalled CC four times now because I can't get my trial of Ps to download. Usually it stops at 40-ish% and gives me the error then, but sometimes it jumps from 40% to 80% and then gives me the error. Regardless, it's always Exit Code 7:

I've been troubleshooting for awhile now, and have tried everything to my knowledge. Safe Boot included. Someone help!

I'm on a MacBook Pro - OS X. I've been using the latest version of Safari to download, but I also tried once in Chrome and had the same results.

Thanks in advance.

Yes I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions. It's the same result each time.

And after pressing "More Information":

The steps you offered are under the "Get Help" link in the Error window -- I've tried them but continue to have the same error.

Thank you.
