Question

EXTREEMLY FRUSTRATING

Need to log in and update the platform before i can uninstall it??

Incredibly terrible design - almost akin to spyware or maleware

how about changing that?

I used to like Adobe - because of how you're blocking my uninstall I will ensure that I speak negativly about this platform to everyone I talk to.

Way to go UX team.

to do a thorough uninstall:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Filipa, which Adobe software or service are you trying to remove? I don't see any active memberships under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Did you originally install the software on the computer, or did you acquire a computer with Adobe software that has already been installed? ^JW

Hi filipa77998234,

Thanks for sharing your experience. We'll make sure it gets more eyes. Have you considered using the Adobe Cleaner tool for uninstalling? Here's how: https://adobe.ly/3OQzDLJ

Let us know if you have any questions.

@filipa77998234

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Download & Install forum.
