Extremely bad customer Service
I am having an issue that I paid my membership last week. Turn out, when I signed in to my Creative Cloud it is still the trial version.
I contacted the customer service so many times. They just gave me the stupid standard answer.
Of course, it is not my devices problem because it happened on every computer that I tried.
I tried to be polite all the time but I have done WAITING!!!!!
I decided to cancel my membership, but the funniest thing is that I have never got a chance to use it.
I am going to ask for a refund, and let see how long does it take this time, as I can see others complaining about not getting a refund from ADOBE om the forum.
