Extremely bad customer Service

I am having an issue that I paid my membership last week. Turn out, when I signed in to my Creative Cloud it is still the trial version.

I contacted the customer service so many times. They just gave me the stupid standard answer.

Of course, it is not my devices problem because it happened on every computer that I tried.

I tried to be polite all the time but I have done WAITING!!!!!

I decided to cancel my membership, but the funniest thing is that I have never got a chance to use it.

I am going to ask for a refund, and let see how long does it take this time, as I can see others complaining about not getting a refund from ADOBE om the forum.

Last time I contacted Customer Support I was connected immediately with my chat partner. That was last month and I simply contacted CS because someone here said it took him an eternity to Contact Customer Care . I was not using ACP account!

Sorry to hear the your CC did never work out correctly. Did you try this: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

Refund takes 5-7 days. If you don't see the refund by then, you should contact customer support. If you still have problems then, please feel free to update this thread.

same here. Adobe is the worst Service Company I have encountered. Wainting half an hour in the line and then siad to call in in sevral days as booking takes place. no excuse or so . worst ever!!!
