Extremely slow at updating

For the past few months we have had an ongoing issue with updating CC and the other adobe cloud products. It will take sometimes nearly 8 hours to update CC and many times will fail causing us to start over. Is this a known issue? I have gone through the troubleshooting steps to verify we have proper connection to the adobe site and we have tested our own download speeds and the adobe products are the only one we seem to be having trouble with. Currently I am updating Photoshop and in 45 mins I am only at 5%.

Oshien Error 119 indicates that the required server was not able to be reached.  What type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have Oshien?

You mentioned that there were multiple people checking the connection to the server.  Is your computer located on a network that is managed Oshien?  If so then please see https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf which provides complete details on the servers and ports necessary to utilize Creative Cloud software titles.  This includes the servers utilized is the download, install, and licensing process.

The issue ended up being with the firewall. Even though we ran through all of the troubleshooting steps on the adobe site and all of the various images loaded and whatnot showing we had connection.

Ok thanks for the update Oshien.  You can find the details on what access is necessary, through the firewall, in the Creative Cloud Network endpoints document referenced in message #3.
