Facing issue on Adobe Flash player

Hello Team,

We are facing issue in uninstalling the Adobe Flash player application. Application is getting removed but clean uninstallation is not happening files are still there even after removal.

We have tried all possible ways to delete .ocx file unfortunately it is not allowing to delete it is giving message “ you require permissions from SYSTEM to make changes to this file”

    I am facing the issue for completely uninstalling the Adobe Falsh player application... not creative cloud...We are facing issue in uninstalling the Adobe Flash player application. Application is getting removed but clean uninstallation is not happening files are still there even after removal.

    well, how did you install the flash player?

    We didnt install the application... We are trying this uninstallation for some bulk users.. our SCCM team is performing some steps to get the flash player uninstalled from users machines.

    to do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

    uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

    then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

    clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
