Question

Factory Reset computer, CC plan 'canceled', can't restart.

I have had Photoshop for several months now, with no issues. Last night, however, I needed to totally wipe my computer due to frequent 'hard disk errors'. I am in the process of re-downloading programs I lost in the process, and when I saw that Photoshop had a "Download Trial" button instead of install (or whatever it was supposed to be), I became suspicious. I went to my account, and I saw that I had to "Restart" my plan, and that it was "Canceled".

I never canceled it, firstly, and I used Photoshop just yesterday afternoon. I am sure that my plan was for 1 year, and I bought it in the summer earlier this year, so it shouldn't have run out or something. Why did it do this? I still need Photoshop and I can not afford to buy the membership all over again. I tried to access the link, but it would not let me. I am stuck behind a brick wall. I don't think this should have happened just because I wiped my computer, and I don't think it is fair if I will have to buy it again. Can anyone help?
