Faculty subscription to adobe cloud still requires license to use??

Hello,

I have downloaded the adobe cloud and I have all the program I need downloaded, but they all say "try" when I install them.  Then when I go to use them it just ask me if I want to continue my trial.  If I click license - then it wants a license number, but as a subscription member there are no licenses supposedly.  Not sure if I have done something wrong during the install?

Alexa please make sure that you are signing in with the Adobe ID tied to your membership.  If you have confirmed this then it is likely you are facing a connection failure between the computer and our servers.  Please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for information on how to resolve the connection error.
