fail to activate software with adobe ID or google login. I trying to sign up to log in with Adobe ID to activate software
-Adobe Acrobat pro 2017 : white screen infinitely tries to verify
-Creative Cloud :your adobe ID cannot be verified. Log in again with your Adobe ID and password
Login in the adobe account, no problem?

I have the exactly same problem on macos Mojave: Infinite verification with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, adobe account login works, creative cloud login doesn't. I have bought this program weeks ago and could still not solve it. Support, please!

I have had telephone support with adobe support. consequence: some of directories removed and full write and read rights for some directories are changed. After this it worked.
