fail to download the creative cloud !!!!!

Same to me, Error code 1.I haven't use my computer for 2 months, I came back and it told me to upgrade, then it failed.and I uninstalled all adobe software and use the clean tool.now I can't install creative cloud.

this type of error ,  i have . anyway could you tell me what information you need to cater for. for your knowledge  i had installed this before and it had worked fine for three days till i updated my windows 8 system via online , the ICLOUD  stopped working i made system recovery Technic in order solve this problem but the icloud was removed because of   system recovery here some information of system :

system : windows 8 x64 original

EXit code 1 means that your system is not compatible or misconfigured. Since you have not provided any technical info, we can't tell you more than that.
