fail to download XD 191

i've tried every method i could find online, but it still can't work(these ways can't help)

it also includes methods published on adobe.com and some ways on youtube(delete an odb file,still doesn't work)

then i tried to download this way, and it told me error 505, i followed the instruction on adobe website but nothing helped, i didn't find things called Beyondtrust Powerbroker on my pc

seriously, i'm gonna crazy, it's 4:00 am in China, really need help, thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know if uninstall creative cloud and reinstall it could help, but i don't think it work.....

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing Adobe XD and getting this error 191. I'd request you to please see this help document Error code 191 when installing XD on Windows and try the steps mentioned and let us know if that helps.
