Fail to open CreativeCloud

I can't open CreativeCloud desktop app on my computer. The app can't fix the problem and suggests to download again, but after downloading, it encounters the same problem saying that there is a problem it can't fix. Right now I can't upgrade my current Adobe products and download more products.

I tried to uninstall, it said successfully uninstalled, but still has an error.
