I tried to download Creative Cloud and I got a VCRUNTIME140.dll error. I don't know what this means or how to fix it.

I have the same problem @kristal0101 did you manage to fix it?

No. I downloaded the files I was given and I tried doing some more research on it. I'm not entirely sure what's even wrong at this point.

I got the problem fixed by calling adobe and they help you reinstall it

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
