Question

Failed install on genuine Master Collection...reports disc as possibly counterfeit.

I purchased the education version of Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection 6, 2 years ago for my daughter.  We just bought her a new laptop for college and when trying to install the software, I get an error that says it appears to be counterfeit.  I have installed this previously and have registered the product with Adobe and have never had a problem.  There appears to be a scratch on the bottom of the disc and I am not sure if that is causing an issue.  Is there any way to get a replacement set, or to download the Master Collection 6 and install it that way?

Thanks!
