Failed to download upgrade file of Lightroom 6, blocked after 5 retries.

I am having the same problem of being blocked from downloading Lightroom 6 upgrade (after 5 interrupted downloads, bad Internet connection) bought via Digital River, with the following details:

Order Details

Order Number: 10077336459

Order Date: 07/06/2015

Seller Address

Digital River Ireland Ltd.

Can someone from Adobe help me on this... Thank you in advance for your help.

    Thank you for your kind help, I'll try the link you suggested. One more question, with the Trial version, is it possible to make it a paid-version by entering the serial number that I already have?

    If you have a serial number for LR 6, you can certainly activate it. You may refer: Activate and deactivate Adobe products
