Need some help! when i try to set up the creative loud, i am getting the error message - failed to initialise. Any suggestions?

Hi Ashy_louise,

Additionally you may try the below mentioned steps:

Win: Navigate to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe and rename OOBE,Caps and backup.

Mac: Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename OOBE, Caps and backup.

Try to run the installer again.
