i have cs 5.5 but i am missing my CD so i tried to download it from adobe site but for some reason they would not let me get in when i put my serial number in. i downloaded the creative cloud trial so that i could work but now i tried to download my version again and an error came up saying installer failed to initialize this may be because of a missing file.. ??
