failed to install creative cloud and lightroom

Question

i took the photography plan today and i try and try to install adobe creative cloud and keep showing me a message after the download : VC RUNTIME140.dll was not found.

i don't have a lot of knowledge and i don't know what to do. as i can see without creative cloud i can't download lightroom.i'm in a real hurry for a work and i can fix it.please help me.

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
