failed to install creative cloud desktop and didn't give any error message. Does CC desktop have to install with Mac OS X Yosemite system?

I have tried for many times and it still failed installing on Mac. I don't know why. Does anyone help me?

I have a similar issue. There's no error message—in fact, nothing happens at all after the attempted installation. The troubleshooting document is sort of useless in this regard, since it relies on some sort of error message to be generated. I've tried downloading the desktop app from two different browsers—same issue. Any other thoughts?

May I know whether the installation box disappears during installation process ??
